As Co-Founder of Green Mining DAO, Valentine, alongside Sascha, led a highly successful private sale that secured strong early support and laid the foundation for the company’s sustainable Bitcoin mining operations in Paraguay. Together, they launched the first DAO fully dedicated to green Bitcoin mining.
Valentine’s career includes roles at The Argonauts, Accenture, and BearingPoint, where she developed deep expertise in product development, experience design, and community management. This background enables her to translate strategy into action at Green Mining DAO, shaping both internal operations and external engagement.
In addition to her operational role, Valentine regularly contributes written content on DAOs, leadership, community building, and sustainable technology. Head of Operations
Meet Jode Wardell, Head of Operations at Green Mining DAO. With more than 30 years of experience in automation and engineering, Jode has played a key role in advancing the UK energy sector, contributing to landmark projects for the National Grid. His track record also includes designing and delivering complex systems for major UK government initiatives, reflecting his ability to execute large-scale, mission-critical infrastructure projects.
Jode’s vision for Bitcoin mining focuses on operational excellence combined with long-term sustainability. Since joining Green Mining DAO in September 2024, he has led mining operations in Paraguay, with a strong emphasis on process optimisation and efficiency. A core initiative under his leadership is the capture and reuse of 100 percent of the heat generated during mining, significantly reducing waste while reinforcing the company’s environmental commitments.
